Non-applicable bulletins can be closed without comment.
No comment is needed on a bulletin that does not apply.
I am around by email if a heading in the file is unclear. A short reply is enough if something looks out of place; silence is also fine.I would rather you file the PDF than keep it only in this inbox.This is a normal business note with a document attached, nothing more.
